The ASA wall panel series is a low-carbon, green, recyclable, and renewable new type of eco-friendly composite material that can replace wood. Using brand-new PVC as the base material, the ASA wall panel series is integrally molded, exhibiting low dimensional change rate during thermal cycles, ensuring safety and resistance to deformation, and effectively solving the fatal problems of conventional wood-plastic composites such as thermal expansion and contraction, and cracking. The surface layer utilizes highly weather-resistant ASA full-coverage co-extrusion technology, possessing superior anti-aging and thermal stability, 99.9% pixel-level reproduction of the original wood texture, good wear resistance, no deformation, no cracking, and no powdering. It also boasts high strength, waterproof, fireproof, corrosion-resistant, and slip-resistant advantages. The base material achieves a B1 fire rating, is self-extinguishing upon contact with fire, and does not produce harmful gases.
Natural Wood-Grain Appearance: The wood-grain surface delivers a natural timber look, making it suitable for modern homes, outdoor structures and commercial façades.
Outdoor Application: Designed specifically for outdoor wall applications, including exterior walls, courtyard walls, screening areas and other exterior façade features.
ASA Weathering Performance: Made with ASA + PVC. The catalogue describes ASA material as having strong ageing resistance and thermal stability for outdoor environments with significant temperature changes.
Fade / Crack / Chalking Resistance: The catalogue describes ASA material as resistant to fading, cracking and chalking, helping maintain a stable appearance in outdoor use.
Easy-Care Surface: The catalogue describes ASA surfaces as stain-resistant and easy to clean, helping reduce routine cleaning and maintenance.
Slim Cladding Profile: With a 113 mm width, 16 mm thickness and 3000 mm standard length, the profile is suited to continuous exterior wall cladding layouts.
Prepare the Wall: Check that the wall or light-steel wall substrate is flat, stable and suitable for fixing. Select the installation build-up according to the wall structure.
Set Out the Cladding: Plan the cladding layout according to wall dimensions and panel width. Mark the starting point, level lines and edge-finishing positions.
Install Supporting Structure: For light-steel walls, use the framed wall structure as the fixing base. For solid walls, install an appropriate fixing base or battens before fitting the cladding.
Fix the First Panel: Start from one side of the wall. Position the first panel and check both level and plumb before fixing.
Continue Panel Installation: Install the remaining panels in sequence, keeping the surface aligned and consistent. Recheck plumb and overall alignment during installation.
Install Edge Trims: Fit finishing trims at wall edges, corners and termination points, then check the completed cladding for alignment and finish.
