Flexible Stone is an innovative decorative surface that brings the texture and character of natural materials into a lightweight, thin and flexible format. Made from natural coloured sand, modified clay (MCM) and water-based polymers through a low-temperature manufacturing process, it is available in a wide range of stone, travertine, concrete, wood, leather-inspired and customised finishes.
Unlike traditional tiles and natural stone, Flexible Stone can be cut, shaped and installed with greater ease. Its flexible construction allows it to follow flat, curved, angled and irregular surfaces, opening up new possibilities for feature walls, columns, corners and architectural details.

1.Setting Out
Mark horizontal and vertical reference lines on the wall according to the installation layout.
2. Surface Preparation
Ensure the substrate is flat, clean, dry, stable, and free from dust, oil, and loose material.
3. Adhesive Application
Evenly apply alkali-resistant adhesive to the back of the panel. The adhesive coverage should exceed 90%.
4. Panel Installation
Position the panel along the reference lines, adjust the joint width according to the design, and press it firmly into place using a large rubber float.
5. Joint Filling
Use plastic spacers to control the joint width. Fill the joints with a compatible grout, sealant, or silicone adhesive.
6. Joint Finishing
When the joint filler is partially dry, tool and shape the joints to ensure consistent depth, complete filling, and a smooth finish.
7. Final Cleaning
Once the adhesive or grout has dried, carefully remove any residue with a scraper or dry sponge.
Use a compatible alkali-resistant adhesive.
Use the recommended grout or sealant for joint treatment.
Do not wipe wet adhesive from the product surface.
Allow adhesive contamination to dry before removing it with a scraper, trowel, or dry sponge.
Conduct a small trial installation before full application to confirm the color, texture, layout, and bonding performance.
For exterior or humid-area installations, select an adhesive and sealing system suitable for the substrate and local climate conditions.
